We leverage more than 30 years of residential construction experience to bring the highest quality, custom craftsmanship to every project. We collaborate with architects, home designers, our own builders and craftspeople – and most importantly – you, to make your dream come true.
COMMERCIAL
Commercial projects on average require larger, more expensive equipment, more employees, additional overhead costs and other components like payment/performance bonds. They are often funded by a government agency, corporation with bank financing, or by an owner/developer. The agency, owner or developer then hires a general contractor, who in turn hires subcontractors to do the work.
At O'Carr Construction all jobs are done by trained employees or additional contractors as needed, but always supervised directly by the General Contractor/Owner. We have a very detailed process that starts with a pre-walk inspection allowing us to know if there are any issues to address prior to our start date and avoid scheduling delays. We also conduct post-walks that ensure everything is either perfect or addressed before your inspection. Our job safety program ensures all of our team is well versed in job safety as well as a mandate to total cleanliness on the job site both for aesthetics and safety to exceed OSHA standards.
Our Team is always covered by workman's comp and general liability insurance. Plus our bonding capacity is unlimited.
